Field General Elite QB Training is run by Coach Luke Casey who currently serves as 15th Ranked in the Nation and 2025 WCAC Champion- DeMatha Catholic HS’s- Offensive Coordinator and QB Coach. He has been in this role for 3 seasons and previously coached QBs and WRs at Archbishop Spalding. Coach Casey has trained QBs from all over the world and from all levels of football. Including but not limited to former Number 1 Overall Pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, Caleb Williams (Chi Bears) and 2025 WCAC Offensive Player of the Year, Denzel Gardner (Southern Miss.)

Coach Casey has played Quarterback on Full Scholarship at the Divison-1AA and Division-2 Levels as well as playing professionally overseas in France and Italy. His goal is to help teach QBs realize their goals and maximize their full potential so they can enjoy the opportunities the game of football can provide for them.

Coach has worked with 100+ QBs and 30+ College QBs as well as European QBs.

As a HS Offensive Coordinator and QB Coach at DeMatha- I know first hand what it takes for QBs to succeed at this level and the next level. We have made great connections with college and high school coaches all over the nation (and world) that we intend to use to help you move on to the next level.
