Off-Field Sessions focus on developing the proper upper and lower body quarterback mechanics, quarterback specific movements/ agility/ conditioning. These workouts are designed to help QBs learn and improve on the proper mechanics needed to play the position at a high level.

On-Field Session

On Field Training focuses on IN GAME Quarterback movements, scripted routes, Pre and Post snap decision making, timing with WRs, situational football and how to operate like a QB. Typical workout includes warm up, drill work, live scripted routes with WRs and are designed to prepare QBs for the proper timing, movements and decisions they’ll need to play the game at a high level.

Virtual Film Session (Zoom)

You’ll be given a Zoom meeting link as well as a password for access. Using PFF Ultimate NFL All-22 Film and WCAC Varsity level Game Film.

We can teach your QB the mental side of the game. This includes being able to recognize and ID Offensive formations, concepts and movements as well as analyze QB play while reinforcing QB mechanics. QBs will also be able to recognize and identify Defensive Coverage, Pre and Post Snap movement, Box, and Pressures.

Monthly Program. 10-Spots. 1x Virtual, 1x On-Field, 1x Off-Field Workout for total QB development. 3x Sessions per Week and 12x total sessions for the month.

Once a QB becomes an Elite member- they will be given a code to use when signing up and scheduling their 3x weekly sessions. As an Elite QB Member you’ll have first priority for booking your 3 weekly sessions over non-Elite Members. Sessions will be closed off to non-elite members to ensure Elite members spots.

On top of the 12x Session monthly program, you’ll always be given consulting/ help with your recruiting process whether it be to the high school, college, or professional level. Including college visits and more.
